REFUNDS & RETURNS
My order arrived incorrect/damaged
– what should I do?

Be sure to attach photos of the incorrect/damaged product(s) you received, along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Without photos we are unable to issue any returns.
Please include your order number for record and shipping purposes.
Can I cancel/change/refund my order?
All items are final sale. We cannot offer cancellations or exchanges unless an item has been damaged in the mail. If it seems your product was broken due to misuse a refund will not be granted.
As our profits go directly to Compassion we can not offer refunds of any kind, if you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged we will arrange a replacement.
