By accessing or using Greater Gifts you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not have permission to access our service.

Greater Gifts takes no responsibility for a parcel if lost through Australia Post in the postage stage. If it seems your parcel has been lost in transit you can contact Australia Post on 13 76 78.

All items are final sale. We cannot offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges unless an item has been damaged in the mail. If it seems your product was broken due to misuse a refund will not be granted.

Greater Gifts reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. Such causes may include postage or supply issues or discontinuation of products.

Greater Gifts advise that if infections arise from the use of any products, cease use immediately and consult your doctor.

Greater Gifts take your privacy very seriously and therefore promises not to pass on any personal or private details to any other businesses or persons to ensure maximum security.

Payment details are processed using secure networks and none of your personal payment details will be stored post-purchase. Greater Gifts does not have personal access to these details.

Greater Gifts reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time with no warning. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
