Do you do custom orders?
We are not currently available for personalised orders, however if you have a favourite verse that you would like to suggest we add to our collection, please send us an email at email@example.com.
My order arrived incorrect/damaged – what should I do?
Contact us by using the form on the Refunds & Returns page.
Be sure to attach photos of the incorrect/damaged product(s) you received, along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Unfortunately, without any photos we are unable to assist.
Please include your order number for record and shipping purposes.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship world-wide for a flat rate of $30AUD.
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
Can I make adjustments to my order?
Once you have placed an order we cannot add or subtract items. If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order.
We may be able to combine shipping of your two orders if they are to the same destination. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your two order numbers to inquire if this is possible.
Can I cancel/exchange/refund my order?
All items are final sale. We cannot offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges unless an item has been damaged in the post. If it seems your product was broken due to misuse a refund will not be granted.
